At Chicago Garage Door we recommend that your garage door be serviced and checked annually by a certified technician.
When you sign up for our preventive maintenance agreement, our industry leading customer service representatives will automatically schedule your annual appointment, which will consist of our certified technician performing a full inspection of your garage door and its parts.
Our technician will test the springs, cables, rollers, and tracks. He will make sure all parts are working properly. Then, he will lubricate your hinges, springs and rollers with our top-quality product. Also, he will recalibrate your safety sensors and check your reversing mechanism to make sure your door meets current safety standards.
Our preventive maintenance agreement also includes small repairs such as rollers, hinges, and bottom seal. The technician will determine if those parts need to replaced and will do so accordingly. We also offer
